Roasted tomato soup with red peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tomato Soup

7 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Onions
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
11 oz Cauliflower
6 clove Garlic
6 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tomato Soup

Core tomatoes, chop peppers, onion and cauliflower into large chunks. Toss everything in olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Roast veggies in pan at 450 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Pour all veggies into a large pot on low heat and blend until all chunks are removed.
