6 garlic cloves
10 grams olive oil
280 grams 1% milk
1/2 cup fresh basil
285 grams canned tomato
10 grams brown sugar

  1. roast all veggies for 60 minutes at 375-400

  2. blend all veggies

  3. add to saucepan and milk and simmer
