Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tomato Quesadillas

14 1/2 oz roasted tomatoes
80 g corn
70 g black beans
32 g onions
8 g cilantro
1/4 t red pepper
1 t lime juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tomato Quesadillas

  1. Drain tomatoes. combine ingredients.

  2. Spread 1/3 c montery jack cheese and 1/4 c salsa.

  3. Heat and serve with reamining salsa and sour cream.
