Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tomatillos Salsa

4 medium tomatillos
2 Pepper, Serrano
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons cilantro
1/3 cup white onion

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tomatillos Salsa

Broil tomatillos, peppers, and garlic until blackened, turn and blacken other side. Let cool. Puree in blender, include left over juices. Rinse finely chopped white onion under cold running tap water to brighten taste. Add cilantro to taste. Add salt to taste. Perhaps lime....
