Use can of tamatoes, 4 Tilapia, 12 small green olives 1tsp garlic, olive oil just spray on with salf for taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Tilapia with Olives/tomatoes

1.5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Tilapia with Olives/tomatoes

  1. Preheat to 400 F

  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes and juice, olives onion, and garlic. Place in a single layer ina n 11' x 7' glass or ceramic baking dish or the equivalant. Top evenly with the tomato mix. Roast until the fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center. 10-12 minutes
