1 large sweet potato
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut in to half-inch wedges. Toss with olive oil and desired seasonings.

  3. Place wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for approximately 25 minutes (turning once) until brown on the outside, soft in the middle.
