Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Sweet Potatoe Wedges

2 lbs sweet potatoes, washed and patted dry
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted Sweet Potatoe Wedges

Preheat oven 425. Cut each potato into 8 lenghtwise wedges and place in large bowl drizzle olive oil and sprinkle w/salt and rosemary. Roast for 15 min, toss and roast until potatoes are tender, about 15 -20 more minutes.
