Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Sweet Potato & Apple

2 cups sweet potato, cut in wedges
2 granny smith apples, cut in wedges
1 red onion, cut in wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Roasted Sweet Potato & Apple

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Spray cooking oil on baking sheet.

  3. In large bowl, toss all ingredients and then place in single layer on cooking sheet.

  4. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or longer until vegetables are tender - stir halfway through.
