Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Squash

5 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut

Recipe Directions for Roasted Squash

  1. Hand mix squash and olive oil in large mixing bowl.

  2. In another small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredient.

  3. Sprinkle over squash and hand mix until squash is covered.

  4. Layer parchment paper or silpat on top of a baking pan.

  5. Roast at 425 for 20-25 minutes
