Recipe Ingredients for Roasted squash and peppers

1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted squash and peppers

  1. Chop peppers and squash, toss with evoo and sprinkle with garlic and pepper.

  2. Roast at 425 for 15-20 mins.
