Recipe Ingredients for roasted squash and pasta

1 pound penne
4 cups butternut squash
1 1/2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 T sage
1 cup diced ham
1 1/2 T butter

Recipe Directions for roasted squash and pasta

  1. Cook pasta in salted water.

  2. Roast squash, garlic, and sage in olive oil at 425 for about half an hour.

  3. Toss all together.
