Yummy roasted tatties, that will be the hi light of any roast dinner. This recipe is for those who dislike or cant eat garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted spuds with olive oil and rosemary coating (FOR 4 WITHOUT GARLIC)

20 ounces potato
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for Roasted spuds with olive oil and rosemary coating (FOR 4 WITHOUT GARLIC)

  1. cut potatoes into into halves, quarters if they are really big. But do not cut too small. As they will go too crisp and may burn in this length of time. If you want them quicker cut them smaller and ajust the time to 30 minutes.

  2. place oil and chopped rosemary in a bowl, season well and add your potatoes and coat thouroghly place into a roasting tin or onto a baking tray and drizzle alittle herb oil mixture onto each potato and any excess throw away, cook at gas mark 7 top of the oven, for 20 minutes then turn potatoes and then cook for a further 20 minutes, check potatoes, if still no ready cook for a further 5, they are redy when they are golden brown and crisp.
