roasted without oil 1 tbsp added later 1 cup of dry beans yields 2 cups soaked beans one serving is about 1/8 of a cup

Recipe Ingredients for roasted soybeans

1/2 cup Soy Beans
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for roasted soybeans

  1. Soak beans in water for at least 8 hours

  2. put oven to 200C or 400F

  3. place drained and dryed raw soy beans on tray

  4. place in over for about 30 minutes

  5. turning and moving about every 5 minutes

  6. when done,mix in a bowl with olive oil and a little salt..keep fresh in zip lock bag
