Roasted shrimp with tomatoes & fets

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Shrimp with Tomatoes & Feta

5 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 cup Parsley
32 oz Raw Peeled Gulf Shrimp
0.75 tsp Pepper, Black
0.75 tsp Salt, Table
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Shrimp with Tomatoes & Feta

oven 450 tomatoes in a large baking dish. spoon oil & garlic over tomatoes. salt and pepper toss. place on top rack of oven roast 20 min. remove baking dish from over stir in shrimp, parsley & lemon joice. sprinkle with eta cheese bake another 10-15 min or until shripm are cooked.
