Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Salmon wiith Avocado and Grapefruit Salsa

1 lb Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Salt and pepper
1 pinch Chile (g g) Powder
1 large Grapefruit
1 small avocado
3 tbsp red onion
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted Salmon wiith Avocado and Grapefruit Salsa

  1. Oven to 375

  2. brush fish with oil on both side and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chile powder

  3. cook 18mins

  4. segment grapefruit, mix in bowl with cubed avocado, juice from grapefruit, onion minced, cilantro and lime juice.

  5. spoon salsa over cooked fish
