A simple dinner of some of my favorite foods.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Salmon, Potatoes, and Zucchini

15 oz. Salmon Atlanitc Coho Fresh Seafood
1/4 cup olive oil
4 medium potatoes
2 medium zucchini

Recipe Directions for Roasted Salmon, Potatoes, and Zucchini

  1. Cut up potatoes and zucchini into chunks.

  2. Spread potatoes on small baking pan.

  3. Put parchment on other small baking pan.

  4. Put salmon on parchment surrounded by zucchini.

  5. Sprinkle all ingredients with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  6. Put in cold oven.

  7. Turn on to 400 degrees.

  8. Cook 25 minutes or until salmon flakes and zucchini is done.

  9. Continue cooking potatoes for 5-10 minutes or until done.
