Maple glazed salmon and roasted brussel sprouts and red onions

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Salmon and Brussel Sprouts

500 g brussel sprouts
273 g red onion
200 g grapes
14 g olive oil
1 1/10 lb salmon
45 g dijon mustard
30 g maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Roasted Salmon and Brussel Sprouts

  1. Cut onions in 1 inch wedges. Mix with brussel sprouts and grapes. Toss in olive oil. Roast @ 450.

  2. Mix mustard and maple syrup. and cover fish. Bake on a separate pan after 12 minutes of cooking brussel sprouts for 6-8 min.
