Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes

2 small red potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Wash and cut each potato in to small wedges.

  3. Place in mixing bowl.

  4. Add other ingredients

  5. Stir to coat.

  6. Spray bottom of a pan with cooking spary.

  7. Place potatoes in single layer on pan.

  8. Cook for 25 minutes stirring once half way through.
