Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

1 pound red potato
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoons rosemary, fresh
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Put the quartered potatoes, garlic, rosemary and oil in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Dump everything on a baking sheet, spread out and bake until brown and crispy - about 45 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and drizzle with optional feta.
