Rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds potatoes, red skinned
1/8 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons rosemary, minced

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash and cut potatoes into quarters.

  3. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary in a large bowl. Add potatoes and coat potatoes with oil and seasoning mixture.

  4. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and spread potatoes on pan. Roast for 1 hour, flipping them 1/2 way thru.
