Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

1 pound new potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

Cut potatoes in to quarters or halves, depending on size. Pour olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper over them and shake the pan to coat all of the potato pieces. Roast in a pre-heated 350 deg F oven until lightly browned.
