Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds new potatoes
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut the potatoes in half and place in a dowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary; toss until the potatoes are well coated. Evenly spread the potatoes on baking sheet. Bake in the oven until browned and crisp (45 minutes to 1 hour).
