Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

2 lbs red potatoes, quartered
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs chopped rosemary
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Wash, dry and quarter potatoes.

  3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt and garlic powder.

  4. Pour into a baking dish, and bake approximately 45 minutes.
