Recipe Ingredients for roasted roots and steamed greens

10 oz yam
1/2 cup celeriac
1 cup beet, chopped
4 stalks of celery
4 medium carrots
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup swiss chard, chopped
2 cups green cabbage
1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 medium turnip
1 small zucchini

Recipe Directions for roasted roots and steamed greens

  1. roast roots with marinade of choice

  2. steam everything else

  3. serve with sauce of choice (try my chimichurri sauce!!)
