Recipe Ingredients for Roasted root veggies

6 oz parsnips
8 carrots
200 g beets
1 oz red onion
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Roasted root veggies

  1. Chop all ingredients, leaving beets larger as they cook faster.

  2. Mix in large bowl with honey and oil.

  3. Add seasonings and spices to taste.

  4. Cook in large baking dish for 1hr at 400.
