Recipe Ingredients for Roasted root veggies

1 potato, sweet
6 red potatoes
4 carrots
4 onions
10 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Roasted root veggies

  1. cut everything into bit sized pieces, dot butter all around, season with salt and pepper and any spices you like.

  2. Raost at 450 for 45 minutes.
