Recipe Ingredients for Roasted root vegetables

1 lb red potatoes
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 lb carrots
1 large red onion
15 oz chick peas
6 garlic cloves
3 tbs olive oil
2 tbs rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted root vegetables

slice all roots place in a baking pan sprinkle with oil garlic rosemary and some salt and bake at 450 F for about an hour until veggies are tender.
