Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Root Vegetables

1 cup slices Beets
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup Kohlrabi
1 cup, cubes Sweetpotato
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 cup Brussels Sprouts
1 medium raw Leeks

Recipe Directions for Roasted Root Vegetables

Peel and chop all ingredients (approximately 1 cup of each); spray a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray; add vegetables and toss with spices (rosemary, sage and thyme); roast at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
