Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Root Vegetables

175 grams butternut squash
175 grams rutabaga
28 grams onion
50 grams carrot
75 grams green beans
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Root Vegetables

  1. Cut up the vegetables.

  2. Mix with butter and salt.

  3. Cut up butter and place over the top.

  4. Cover with foil.

  5. Roast at 400 until the vegetables are fork tender.
