Recipe Ingredients for roasted root vegetables

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon marjoram

Recipe Directions for roasted root vegetables

  1. dice root vegetable, equivalent of 4 large potatoes

  2. mix with all ingredients in bowl

  3. bake in oven until done, turning once or twice, about 30 minutes
