Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Root Vegetables

4 carrots
3 red potatoes
3 potatoes, gold
1 yellow onion
1 rutabaga
50 g parsnip
1 turnip
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Root Vegetables

Preheat oven to 400F. Chop everything into bite size pieces. Put in roasting pan. Cover with olive oil. If using fewer vegetables, use less olive oil. Cook for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
