Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Redskin Potatoes

24 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 serving Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix

Recipe Directions for Roasted Redskin Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Cut potatoes into quarters.

  3. Place cut potatoes in a large mixing bowl and add olive oil.

  4. Stir to coat well.

  5. Add soup mix, and stir to mix well.

  6. Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
