Roasted red potatos with rosemary and garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted red potatos

3 medium red potatos, diced
1 tbsp promise margarine
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp garlic
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted red potatos

  1. Wash and dice potatos

  2. In a medium saute pan add oil and margarine.

  3. When margarine is melted add potatos, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic.

  4. Cook over medium heat stir occasionally until done.
