18 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Kosher Salt
1.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. toss potatoes in a bowl with the oil first then add salt and pepper and toss again.

  2. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
