Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Potatoes

1 pound red potatoes, small (about 4 each), washed & quartered
1 T olive oil, garlic
1 T basil, Mrs. Dash, orginal blend, parsley flakes

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400, wash potatoes under running water, dry with towel.

  2. Cut potatoes into quarter wedges.

  3. Toss potatoes in a bowl with the garlic olive oil and 2 teaspoons of Mrs. Dash orginal blend or other dry herbs.

  4. Transfer from the bowl to roasting pan.

  5. Roast potatoes in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

  6. Increase heat to 450, sprinkle with another teaspoon of Mr. Dash or other herb of choice and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.
