Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Potatoes

615 grams raw red potato
4 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
4 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Chop potatoes into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Put into a bowl and add olive oil, sea salt and garlic with spices to taste.

  3. Roast in preheated oven at 450 for about 30 min.
