Roasted Red Potato with rosemary and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Potato

4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Rosemary
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Potato

half and slice potato into 3/4". toss in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay meat side down on baking sheet and cover in foil. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 more minutes. Turn potatoes add rosemary and bake 15 min more. mince garlic and make past with salt. Toss with potatoes in bowl and serve!
