Tasty East European gourmet peppers with garlic and olive oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Peppers

8 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
8 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Olive Oil
20 grams White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Peppers

Peel 8 roasted red peppers, wash and clean the seeds. In a separate bowl mix 4 Tbsp of olive oil with 6 Tbsp of white vinegar. Dip each pepper in marinade and place in layers in a serving bowl. Crush 8 garlic cloves and sprinkle each layer of peppers with garlic and a bit of salt. Serve chilled. (1 serving = 1 pepper with garlic on top)
