Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Peppers, Asparagus, and Onion

1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 lb asparagus, ends snapped
1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Peppers, Asparagus, and Onion

On a roasting pan lined with foil, combine all vegetables. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. Roast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and fragrant.
