Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque

4 cup organic tomatoes
12 roasted red peppers
4 cup spinach
1 cup carrots
8 ounce of tomato paste
2 cups of chicken broth
4 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque

Roasted red peppers separately. Saute all other vegetables until tender. Add water, paste and broth to vegetables. Puree until smooth. Season to taste. Add roasted red peppers and beat lightly. Simmer for at least one hour before serving.
