Recipe Ingredients for roasted red pepper soup

3 carrot Carrots
1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
0.75 cup Red Roasted Peppers
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.75 small Onions
0.5 bulb Fennel, Bulb
5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for roasted red pepper soup

saute onion, fennel, and celery until sweats. add parsnip and carrots. add cauliflower. add 3-4 cups water. add basil, salt, red pepper, pepper. boil and simmer for 45 minutes. add roasted red pepper ans chopped raw fennel prawns. blend in blender or food processer when cooled.
