Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Salad

9 red peppers
1 medium onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Salad

Grill the peppers and onion until blacken, then put in covered kettle and let them steam. Peel and remove seeds from the peppers. Cut peppers and onion into strips. Whisk the rest of the ingredients and pour over vegetables.
