3/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup basil
1/4 cup parsley
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and Pasta

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Blend red peppers, walnuts, basil, parsley and garlic. Slowly add olive oil while blending until well mixed.

  3. Toss pesto and pasta together.

  4. Serve immediately.
