Recipe Ingredients for roasted red pepper linguine

56 g Healthy Harvest Linguine
1 cup colby cheese, shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
1/5 tbsp minced garlic
12 oz roasted red peppers
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp basil
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for roasted red pepper linguine

  1. cook pasta according to directions

  2. in a skillet heat olive oil and add minced garlic and chopped roasted red peppers for about 2 minutes

  3. add 1 cup water and buillon cube

  4. add milk and cottage cheese

  5. add spices

  6. add cheese last

  7. heat throughout
