Hummus w/roasted red peppers & basil.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 cloves garlic, minced
15 ounce garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Blend everything in a food processor except for the roasted red peppers and basil. Add roasted red peppers and basil after everything is blended and blend until all is distributed but no pureed. Serve with pita or cut up veggies.
