15 oz Garbanzo Beans
5.333 tbsp Sesame Tahini
2 clove Garlic
0.33 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 dash Salt, Table
5 oz Roasted Red Peppers, Jarred
2.666 oz 100% Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  1. Puree 1 can garbanzo beans, 1/3 cup tahini, 2 garlic cloves, and 1/3 cup lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Add 1/2 cup roasted red peppers and 1/4 tsp basil. Puree until peppers are well-blended with mixture.

  3. Add dash of salt.

  4. Serve with warm pita.
