Recipe Ingredients for roasted red pepper feta and mint dip

12 oz red peppers, roasted, rinsed and chopped
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
4 oz feta cheese
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 Salt, as desired
