Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Dip

2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounce white beans, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 ounces roasted red pepper
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Puree everything in a food processor until smooth adding water (or olive oil) to bring it to the consistency that you desire. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.
