Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix seeds, melted butter and garlic salt.

  3. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 40-45 minutes.
