Recipe Ingredients for roasted potatoes and sweet onion

1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
2 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1.5 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Syrups, Maple
..5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for roasted potatoes and sweet onion

cube vegetables and toss in olive oil in ziplock bag; add in salt and pepper and toss again. Spread vegetables in shallow baking pan. Melt butter with maple syrup in microwave for 1 minute; drizzle over vegetables and toss. Roast in 425 degree oven for 45 minutes or until soft.
